Past Projects

Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with a number of talented entrepreneurs. Some of the most noteworthy projects are through our EatsPlace restaurant incubator lab. Our lab allows chefs and restaurateurs to fulfill their vision in a turn-key commercial space. If you are interested in applying to our incubator lab, please apply here.

A number of participants have gone on to open their own restaurants and sell consumer packaged goods nationally. Several have won praise and accolades, including Michelin Guide recognition.
