Loan Terms
EatsPlace Standard Business Loan
- Stage of Business: Concept, Start-Up, Established
- Loan Amount Range: $500 to $10,000
- Interest Rate: 6% per annum
- 6 months to 5 year Term
- Loan to food and farm businesses without access to traditional debt financing
EatsPlace Preferred Loan
- Stage of Business: Established
- Loan Amount Range: $5,000 to $100,000
- Interest Rate: 5% per annum
- 1 to 5 year term
- Loan to help food and farm businesses grow
EatsPlace Bridge Loan
- Stage of Business: Concept, Start-Up, Established
- Loan Amount Range: $500 to $5,000
- Interest Rate: 6% per annum
- Short-term (<6 months) loan provided to food and farm entrepreneurs
EatsPlace Line of Credit
- Stage of Business: Concept, Start-Up, Established
- Credit Amount: $500 to $5,000
- Interest Rate: 6% of outstanding balance per annum
- Line of credit provided to food and farm entrepreneurs
EatsPlace Farm Loan
- Stage of Business: Concept, Start-Up, Established
- Credit Amount: $1,000 to $10,000
- Interest Rate: 5% per annum
- 1 to 5 year term
- Loan provided to purchase equipment or other property to be used for farming

- Business plan, including two years of financial projections (if available)
- Last two years of signed personal tax returns of applicant, complete with all schedules
- Last two years of signed business tax returns of applicant, complete with all schedules
- Business financial statements (2 years plus year-to-date)
- DBA, Articles of Incorporation, and/or partnership agreement, LLC, Bylaws, operating agreement
- Certificate of Insurance (if available)
- Lease Agreements (if available)
