There’s a lot of down time when you build out a restaurant. It’s a lot of hanging around waiting for questions. Not that I’m complaining. I have stuff to do. I sit on the stoop with my dog Totty. His shedding fur is excellent for wish-making. Think dandelion fluff.
I try to photobomb Totty while he takes a selfie. He’s not good at taking pictures.
But I’m no better at the selfie. It’s an elusive art.
