When I was making a documentary, I hated rendering. It meant waiting for the computer to crunch away on parsing transitions. But eventually we had a great film and traveled to festivals all around the world.
As a chef, rendering means transforming trimmings into useful, delicious fat. With it I can make shortening for flaky pie crusts and biscuits. Golden crispy fries. It’s a slow process that produces rich results.

Our architect makes renderings of EatsPlace. We think this food incubator is well worth the wait!
^^ I tried to make the VW bus drive across the screen. Can it be a food truck? ^^
