We’re in a frenzy of food and construction. Whipped cream looks like insulation. Icing looks like mortar. If you don’t see it, don’t worry. It just means you’re not building a restaurant from scratch. That’s a good thing, just use EatsPlace.These pictures are from a little bit ago so we’re actually pretty far along with the build out but they illustrate my point. That is, I have permanent food goggles.
