What is The Dopaliscious?
The Dopaliscious is a culinary experience centered around one-of-a-kind menus based on different works of art. Through The Dopaliscious, Chef Hughes lets you taste his culinary interpretation of the art. Chef Hughes shapes direct and subjective cues around lyrics, titles, paintings, etc. to create course components that lead to a cohesive menu.
Chef Hughes had the idea of using music to inspire a multi-course menu for years. Working with Chef Oliver Friendly at The Bespoke Kitchen, Chef Hughes shared the dream of doing a menu based on Outkast’s debut album, SouthernPlayalistiCadillacMuzic, and The Dopaliscious was born!
