Join us on Friday, September 9, 2016, 5pm – 10 pm at EatsPlace, 3607 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington DC, 20010 as creative vegan lifestyle company Good as Green launches a quick-serve vegan pop-up featuring an eclectic menu. This chef-driven organic eatery is bringing its smash hit, all-natural, plant-based menu to EatsPlace. Personal Chef and Howard University alumna Najla T. first rolled out her meal prep service in 2013 and she has since expanded to prepare personal meals for high-profile clients in New York, New Jersey, and Washington DC. Now Good as Green is hosting its first pop-up dinner on September 9th at EatsPlace.

This new vision for vegan dining weaves music, global style, and delicious food in a tapestry of sense-stimulating experiences. The pop-up introduces Najla’s new exotic menu featuring fine vegan comfort foods, seasonal vegetables and lush layered flavors. The dishes are prepared with organic, non-GMO, and local produce when possible. These vegetables retain their natural enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, ensuring they contain the richest stores of micronutrients when served.

Najla puts the soul back in veggies with her unique spin, “Veganism is such an adventurous lifestyle and the way that I creatively remix vegetables is what makes Good as Green unique” says founder Najla T. “I love seitan, tempeh, and other meat alternatives, but I love how versatile vegetables are! I want EVERYONE to enjoy a dope vegetable dish without necessarily living a plant-based lifestyle. I’m excited about our unique contribution to the DC veg scene.” The complete menu below:
